Rohit Pappu is a Professor of Biomedical Engineering at Washington University in St. Louis, USA. He is a biophysicist with interests in uncovering the principles that underlie the form, function, and phase behaviors of intrinsically disordered proteins, and multivalent macromolecules. Pappu's research interests are driven by a blend of theory, computation, experiments, and collaborations. Prior to joining WashU, Pappu received his PhD in biological physics from Tufts University and did two separate postdocs, one at WashU and the other at Johns Hopkins University.
