Anna Molofsky

Dr. Anna Molofsky is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Weill Institute for Neurosciences at the University of California-San Francisco (UCSF). The Molofsky lab investigates the molecular and cellular regulation of brain development. One long-term goal of the lab is to define the role of innate immunity in the developing brain, both during homeostasis and in the context of neurodevelopmental disorders. Research in the lab is funded by  awards from the Burroughs-Welcome Fund, The Brain and Behavior Research Foundation, the Pew Charitable Trusts, and the NIH New Innovator Program.
