Invitation Letter
While the conference team CANNOT arrange visas on your behalf, we are glad to help to issue an invitation letter for your visa application once you have completed your registration successfully.
If you require an official invitation letter to accompany your funding application or VISA application, please contact conferencevisaletter@elsevier.com at the conference office.
Notes:
- The local hosts of the conference (as a China registered company/institute) may be able to assist in providing a letter with a signature or red stamp, but this is NOT guaranteed and work as case by case. Please always check with us in advance if you require a stamped invitation letter for visa.
- Please note that we can NOT provide letters that contain the Personal ID card details of the signatory.
- Please note that we can NOT assist in providing PU/TE Invitation letters.
