Accessibility of venue

Is there disabled parking?
Each sleeping room has its own parking spot. There is additionally handicap parking in the Conference Center parking lot located just in front of the Conference Center

Which entrances are accessible to wheelchairs?
The entire Conference Center is accessible via wheelchair

Are there areas that that are not accessible to wheelchair users?
Pine Hill is not Wheelchair accessible, due to the hills.

Are there accessible elevators close to the conference rooms? 
No elevators in the hotel or Conference Center

Are there accessible restrooms near the conference rooms (same floor/near accessible lifts)? 
Yes, there are accessible restrooms located in both the male and female restrooms. These are located by the Paradise Ballroom and by the Sunset Ballroom

What provisions does the hotel have to assist guests with visual and/or hearing impairments? 
For Banquet events, listening devices can be provided. (Depending on the number of attendees needing them)

For sleeping rooms, there are (22) hearing impaired rooms. The hearing impairment rooms all have the outlets for all access devise but there is nothing in the room the assists without the kit other than the flashlight for fire alarms, there are (5) kits available.

Catering requests:  On request we can arrange early access to the catering space and assistance with the collection of catering. Please contact us at accessibleconferences@elsevier.com

Conference Hotel

How many guestrooms does the hotel have with disabled access?

There are (13) Accessible Rooms that can come with either a King Bed of 2 Queens Beds. They also provide options in the bathroom for either a Shower-Tub Combo or a Roll-In Shower (Roll-In Showers only available with King Bed).
