Prof. Qiang Zhang received his bachelor and Ph.D. degree from Tsinghua University in 2004 and 2009, respectively. After a stay in Case Western Reserve University, USA, and Fritz Haber Institute of the Max Planck Society, Germany, he joined in Tsinghua University at 2011. He held the Newton Advanced Fellowship from Royal Society, UK and the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars. His current research interests are advanced energy materials, including lithium metal anode, lithium sulfur batteries, and electrocatalysis. He is invited/adjudicative referee for Nature Energy, Nature Nanotechnology, Nature Catalysis, Sci. Adv.、JACS、Adv. Mater.、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., and so on. He is editor of Journal of Energy Chemistry, Guest Editor of Advanced Functional Materials for Li-S batteries and Energy Storage Materials for Li metal anode.
