Please be advised that your registration fee does not include travel insurance; please ensure that you have your own insurance policy before travelling.

The registration fee includes:

Access to symposium sessions and opportunity to network with speakers and other delegates.
Conference app
Welcome reception, mid-session refreshments and lunch, as scheduled in the programme.

If you are presenting more than one paper at the conference (oral or poster), there is an additional registration fee of €50.00 per additional presented paper. Please select the additional item during the registration process and indicate all your abstract reference numbers when prompted. This only applies to papers where you are the presenting author (it does not apply if you are a non-presenting co-author).

Before travelling to the conference, please familiarise yourself with the Covid-19 requirements for Portugal which Elsevier will be following. We still request that anyone who has tested positive for Covid-19 or is under any self-quarantine orders does not attend the conference.

Cancellation information

Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise the Conference Project Lead of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify the Conference Project Lead immediately. Provided written notice is received by March 22, 2024, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by April 5, 2024, a 50% refund will be given. Please note, registrations cancelled after April 5, 2024, or for no-shows at the symposium, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.
