Dr Angeli Veronique received her PhD in 2001 from University of Lille II in France. She did her post-doctoral training at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York city, USA from 2002 to 2006 in the laboratory of Prof Gwendalyn Randolph. In 2006, she joined the Department of Microbiology, Immunology Programme at National University of Singapore as Assistant Professor and she was promoted Associated Professor in 2014. She is now a principal investigator in Centre Mediterranean de Medicine Moleculaire, at University of Cote d’Azur in Nice, France. She is supported by a Chair Professor Junior from INSERM and the French government through the France 2030 investment plan managed by the National Research Agency, as part of the Initiative of Excellence Université Côte d’Azur. Her research focuses on the functions of macrophages and lymphatic in tissue homeostasis and diseases. Her work has been published in top journals including Immunity, Cell Metabolism and Nature.
