Cell Symposia: Host-microbiome dynamics ‘Meet the Speakers’ dinner will be held on Monday, May 11, 2026 at Brouwerij De Halfe Mann.

The story of The Half Moon begins in the year 1856. Many years, and 6 generations of the family later, De Halve Maan is still a bustling brewery that stays true to its origins of authentic Bruges beers (home to Brugse Zot, Straffe Hendrik and Blanche de Bruges).

Join us for an informal evening comprising of:

• Guided tour of the brewery
• A three course meal with paired beers
• A small souvenir of the brewery

Our Meet the Speaker dinner has fast become a favourite at Cell Symposia, largely because it offers such a great opportunity for one-to-one interaction with the conference speakers, Cell Press editors, and colleagues, all while enjoying dinner and wine! ?
