Conference Venue
Is there disabled parking?
Yes, the disabled parking lot is located near the passenger lift.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes.
Are there accessible elevators close to the conference rooms?
Yes, the elevator stops at the auditorium level.
Are there accessible restrooms near the conference rooms?
Yes, the disabled restrooms are located near the side entrance of the auditorium.
Catering - On request we can arrange for early access to the catering space/assistance with the collection of catering. Please contact us at accessibleconferences@elsevier.com.
Please contact us at accessibleconferences@elsevier.com if you would like to have an orientation tour of the venue on 26 April 2023.
There are no wheelchair/accessibility rooms available, but participants may use the VIP/Green room as an alternative. For any enquiries, please email: c1_helpdesk.sgp@cwservices.com.
