Morning jog

Join personal trainer Lorna Wilson of Wilson Workouts for a relaxed and enjoyable morning jog with fellow delegates! Lorna is an experienced triathlete, ultra-marathon runner, personal trainer, and biomechanics coach. 

The free sessions will include a gentle warm-up, some running drills, approximately a 5km run, and a cool-down stretch.
