ATCC is the premier global biological materials resource and standards organization whose mission focuses on the acquisition, authentication, production, preservation, development, and distribution of standard reference microorganisms, cell lines, and other materials. While maintaining traditional collection materials, ATCC develops high quality advanced biological models, standards, and services to support scientific research and breakthroughs that improve the health of global populations.
In the area of cancer research, ATCC is dedicated to providing materials and standards for drug screening, tumor mechanisms, cancer immunology, and cancer diagnostics. We offer new models such as organoids, conditionally reprogrammed cells, luciferase reporter labeled cell lines, isogenic CRISPR/Cas9 genome-edited cell lines, and epithelial-mesenchymal transition cell lines to the research community. In addition to our advanced models, we provide cell derivatives such as exosomes, differentiated iPSC-derived primary cells, quantitative cell line DNA, certified reference materials (CRM) that can be implemented in a variety of diagnostic development areas. Finally, we can provide a number of custom services that support large, industrial scale bioproduction and biostorage projects.
